Setting up Jordan’s digital transformation journey
Client: Jordan
Oral care company Jordan is well-known for its traditional product line in Malaysia. Can they find a similar success with their green oral care through a digital strategy? By completing a workshop, they were able to find out whether or not Malaysians were receptive to sustainable oral care offers, and avoid risking major losses if they were to invest in a digital campaign.

Outcome: A vague business idea translated into a a real prototype in a month.
Jordan was thinking along the line of a subscription-based model or a catchy online compaign to promote their green oral care products. The workshop was run fully remotely during on-and-off covid lockdowns. By the end of the fully remote workshop we had a digital campaign where people could look for realistic tips on how to be more sustainable in Malaysia, win prizes and subscribe to receive green oral care every 3 months.
Outcome: A workshop that helped Jordan save (a lot of) money.
The digital campaign idea coming to life made Jordan realise that the campaign could potentially be costly to run, to keep this new community centered on sustainbility active & alive. Based on the reactions of the users during the validation process, they concluded that there were simply not enough interest for consumers to pay for a oral care subscription yet. Our project with Jordan is the only case so far that did not follow-up with development. Yet, the team was grateful for the worshop experience as they saved a considerable amount of time and money for launching their digital solution! And with these quick learnings they can move on and test out new ideas instead.
